• Visits should ideally be pre-booked in advance; walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.
• Each booking admits the number of children specified at purchase. Additional children must be pre-booked.

• All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of their children.
• A maximum of 2 adults may accompany each child into the grotto

• Every child with a valid booking will receive a gift from Santa.
• Photography is permitted, but please respect other families’ privacy. Professional photos also included.

• Please respect staff instructions at all times.
• No food, drink, or prams are allowed inside the grotto for safety reasons.
• Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• If your child is unwell, please rearrange your visit where possible.
• The grotto may include flashing lights and festive music – please advise staff of any accessibility requirements when booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with these rules.

• Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of management
